Why does my domain registrant contact not update?

As per ICANN rules, when a domain is Pushed between accounts or the domain contact details are changed, both the new and previous registrant must confirm the change by clicking the link in the confirmation email sent to them.

Note: The confirmation link in the email will expire after 14 days.
