Why can't I unlock my domain?
Domains that have been registered or transferred in will incur a 60 day lock. This is per ICANN policy and is aimed at preventing domain theft. When the 60 days has passed, the domain will be automatically changed to the client lock and then can be unlocked when needed.
Domains that are registry or registrar locked cannot be unlocked.
