Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

PayPal: Please note: PayPal payments incur a processing fee of 3.90% + a fixed per-transaction fee (e.g. $0.30 USD / $0.30 AUD / £0.20 GBP / €0.35 EUR). To minimise fees, we recommend adding funds in larger amounts rather than multiple smaller transactions.
