Not all services will accept traffic from all domains. To ensure that the optimizer does not send traffic to services where the traffic can not be monetized, you can maintain a blacklist for each service.
To setup a blacklist:
- From the Portfolio Manager menu.
- Select Monitization.
- Click on Blacklist Manager link to edit the blacklist.
Effective blacklist management ensures that no traffic is wasted on services where it can not be monetized.
