How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed on a case by case basis and can be requested by emailing support@above.com with the following:

Your account username,

The Order ID or domain you are requesting a refund of,

The reason for the refund request,

If you would like the refund to be added to your Above.com account balance or to the method of payment. (Credit card or PayPal)

Note: Failed domain registration refunds are automatically processed and added to your Above.com account balance.


Important:

Any merchant fees paid will not be refunded.

Refunds can only be made to credit card or PayPal account that made the initial payment.
